[dsnp-interest] resetting testing-site databases soon

I'm going to reset the databases on the testing sites very soon. The 
reason is that I have changed the encoding of binary data from 
hexadecimal to base 64 and porting all the tables would be a lot of 
work. Base 64 makes better use of space, while remaining easy to debug 
because it's a subset of printable ASCII.

Along with this update there will be a photo feature. Users will have a 
photo stream and your friends will get notifications of photos you 
upload, along with thumbnails and a login-free link to the photo.
