[dsnp-interest] Looks interesting

I'm reading up on XDI right now. So far, DSNP has relied on URI's for 
identity, but since this is a new protocol, with zero history to 
accommodate, now might be a good time to try out more semantically rich 
identifier schemes such as XDI.
