[dsnp-interest] DSNP is alive again

I've been seriously struggling with this project ... kill it, or keep 
working on it? I've lost track of how many times I've tried to kill it 
with the goal of focusing my open source efforts. Apparently, I can't 
stay away though. I think that is because I am constantly reminded that 
many people want *something* like DSNP. Alas it is back. Hopefully 
nobody stole my project name while away.
