Hello Kelbt users,

I have just released Kelbt 0.15. This will be the final release. I will 
continue to develop the ideas behind Kelbt in another project of mine 
called Colm [1]. Colm is a full programming language targeted at parsing 
and rewriting. It includes Kelbt's notion of reverse action execution 
during backtracking, but it automates the task by generating the reverse 
code on the fly.
